Chong Ning Coin, Northern Song Dynasty, Emperor Huizong (1102-1106), bronze. Emperor Huizong (1001-25) used six different reign titles: Jian Zong Jing Guo (1001) for which he issued a coinage with the title Sheng Song, or "Sacred Song"; then continued with the titles of Chong Ning (1102-06); Da Guan (1107-10); Zheng He (1111-17); Chong He (1118) and finally Xuan He (1119-25). As in this coin, he used a personal style of writing, called the slender gold style (shoujinshu).
