Ritual Ax u-kax
U-kax ritual ax, a weapon formerly used to cut down plants, but today exclusively a ceremonial tool of initiation. In the middle of the weapon the stone is inserted, fixed and glued with beeswax.
It is given by the sister to the young man who is about to marry, and is kept with great respect.
In the Museum since 2002. Xingu origin.
