Basket Kàx

Kàx basket, which is carried on the back, provided with a buriti straw strap to rest on the head (forehead). The baskets are of various sizes, and are made with sheets of buriti, with a compact texture, with variations in the design in the center. They are generally used by women to carry produce from the fields, the forest, dry wood, or to store family and personal items.
