2021 Social Report

Slides of Events, Exhibits and Relationships
Like 2020, also the year 2021 proved to be a challenge. The places of culture, who have adjusted to studying visiting itineraries in complete safety, have suffered quite a bit; yet, through new technologies, we have proposed some notable initiatives, which you can read on the slides panel.
The collaboration with Arturo Delle Donne continued, thanks to intercultural associations, with the exhibition "The Homo Sapiens", the result of a research started within the exhibit "Tribes - the last breath on earth", portraying inside our Museum, citizens of the most diverse geographical origins, immortalizing them with their traditional clothes.
Progress, which unfortunately often erases civilization, is also putting into peril the planet, together with its many languages and expressive methods, various noble forms of language. The Parma Museum of Chinese Art and Ethnography has long been committed to saving cultures born before technology, grown in isolation, never contaminated and now raped and dispersed. It is the testimony of our centenary mission aimed at preserving and enhancing non-European cultures.
Thanks to everyone for believing in the mission of our museum.
